PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored resin composition that can obtain a color filter excellent in ITO resistance, and the color filter formed by using the colored resin composition, and to provide a liquid crystal display device and an organic EL display device having high quality.SOLUTION: The colored resin composition includes (A) a dye, (B) a solvent, and (C) a binder resin, wherein (A) the dye includes a compound shown by a specific structure.
