PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes dryer in which a lock of a lint removing device is detected and a good lint removal operation is maintained.SOLUTION: The clothes dryer comprises: a circulation air path 16 for re-circulating drying air discharged from a drum 4 into the drum; a blower 14 for blowing air to the circulation air path; a dry filter device 21 disposed in the circulation air path for capturing lint contained in drying air generated from an object to be dried; and control means 30 for controlling a drying operation. The dry filter device 21 has a lint removing device 22 for scraping the captured lint and a lock detection device 29 for detecting a lock of the lint removing device. The control means 30 is configured to increase a driving force of the lint removing device 22 when a lock is detected by the lock detection device 29 during a drying operation. |
