PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data amount transmitted to a client side in a thin client system.SOLUTION: An information processing device generates an image displayed on a terminal connected via a network and transmits data related to the image to the terminal. The device comprises: a movement area detection unit for detecting a movement area in an image; a determination unit for determining whether there is a partial area, which is changed before and after movement, in the detected movement area; an identification unit for identifying, if there is the changed partial area, a highly frequent change area where a change frequency in the partial area is a threshold value or more in a prescribed period; a first transmission unit for transmitting image data in a partial area that has not been identified as the highly frequent change area, to the terminal; a second transmission unit for transmitting data where the identified highly frequent change area has been subjected to moving image compression, to the terminal; and a third transmission unit for transmitting movement information of the movement area and size information of the movement area, to the terminal. |
