<p>An IGBT safe isolation structure for a motor controller comprises a control box (1), a circuit board (2), a radiator (3), an IGBT module (4), and an insulation sheet (5). The circuit board (2) is mounted in the control box (1), the radiator (3) is mounted on an inner wall surface of the control box (1), the IGBT module (4) is mounted on the radiator (3) and is electrically connected to the circuit board (2), the insulation sheet (5) is mounted between the radiator (3) and the control box (1) and isolates the radiator (3) from directly contacting with the control box (1). The safe isolation structure has a simple structure, prevents leakage of the controller, and has good insulation effect.</p> |
