<p>A device (1; 2) and method for producing an analogue control signal (3) is provided, for example, for a piezoelectric motor (40) which can be moved in the range of at least nanometers. The device comprises generating means (10) for generating an analogue course signal (12) based on a detection signal (4) of detection means (5) for detecting a feature of an apparatus (40) to be controlled by said analogue control signal (3) and for generating an analogue fine signal (13) based on said detection signal (4), and adding means (20) for adding said course signal (12) and said fine signal (13) generated by said generating means (10) and for outputting a resulting output signal (29) as said control signal (3).</p> |
