METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TAGGING GENOMIC INDEL SITE

Disclosed is a method for tagging a genomic INDEL site, which comprises: taking statistics of the sequencing depth of sequences for RAD single-end sequencing of two individual's genomes, removing, through filtering, RAD single-end sequences with the sequencing depth being 1 in the two individual's genomes, determining a hybrid site on RAD-tags inside the two individual's genomes to form a consistency sequence, comparing non-hybrid RAD-tag sequences of the two individual's genomes with the consistency sequence of the hybrid RAD-tag sequences, so as to determine INDEL information on the RAD-tags of the two individuals. Further disclosed is a device for tagging a genomic INDEL site.
