摘要 <p>A radio ultrasound wave probe assembly (101) for a crawler belt-type steel rail test and a test method thereof. Each crawler belt sheet in the assembly (101) includes a crawler belt sheet substrate (301) and an ultrasound wave probe array (302, 303, 304) embedded in the substrate (301), a battery (305), a pressure sensor (310), an ultrasound wave transceiving circuit (307), a converter (308) and a UWB communication module (309). The battery (305) is connected to the ultrasound wave transceiving circuit (307), the converter (308) and the UWB communication module (309). The ultrasound wave transceiving circuit (307), the UWB communication module (309) and the pressure sensor (310) are connected to the converter (308) respectively. The ultrasound wave transceiving circuit (307) is also connected to the ultrasound wave probe array (302, 303, 304). In a test method, when the ultrasound wave encounters damages inside a steel rail such as nucleus flaws, horizontal cracks, vertical cracks, etc. in the propagation direction, the damage portion will produce reflection and scattering effects to the ultrasound waves. Replacing the conventional manner of wheel rolling with the manner of crawler belt rolling, relative motionless between the ultrasound wave probe and the steel rail is realized, which greatly increases the data sampling time, and at the same time the test flexibility can be improved and the test costs can be lowered.</p>
