摘要 PURPOSE: A safety analysis experimental method for a conveyance process of a pipe-line for storing carbon dioxide under the sea bottom, capable of automatically controlling the pressure and the flow rate using a proportional integral and differential control method is provided to enable minute control of the pressure of an experimental part, thereby obtaining a reproducible flow rate value through experiment. CONSTITUTION: A first compressed air flow meter (41) measures the flow rate of the compressed air for operation. A first proportional integral and differential controller (43) compares the measured flow rate by the first compressed air flow meter with a preset compressed air flow rate value. A second proportional integral and differential controller (44) controls the preset compressed air flow rate value of the first proportional integral and differential controller. A first pressure controller (5) decompresses atmospheric carbon dioxide of a high pressure, which passes through a first pressure accumulator, at a pressure appropriate for experiment. A second electrical-type flow rate fine control valve (45) controls the size of the flow area of liquid carbon dioxide, which passes through a liquid receiver, as well as the flow rate of carbon dioxide supplied to an experimental part.
