<p>A plasma welding cutting gun comprises a gun body (6), a nozzle (9), a cathode (12), a cathode post (2), an insulation ceramic (7), and high temperature resistant insulation paste (3). A hollow gas passage (11) exists between the cathode and the cathode post and allows welding cutting high pressure gas to pass through. The cathode is formed by embedding, into a copper base, annular electrode metal (10) for emitting electrons. The plasma welding cutting gun consumes a small amount of gas, does not generate a large amount of dust, and can cut a thick work piece by using a low current, where the cut is neat.</p> |
