PURPOSE: A shellfish sticking prevention device is provided to reduce a maintenance cost and prevent corrosion by preventing shellfish from sticking to the jacket pile of a quay. CONSTITUTION: A shellfish sticking prevention device comprises a buoyancy member (20) and a cleaning member (30). The buoyancy member comprises a floating body (22) and a cover member (24). The buoyancy member is equipped on the circumference of a jacket filet (10) to elevate through the tide level difference of seawater. The cleaning member is equipped on the inner circumference of the buoyancy member to clean the surface of the jacket pile.
