PURPOSE: A rolling stepper is provided to do the exercise of the whole body by conducting an abdominal exercise, muscle exercise and aerobic exercise and do forward as well as backward rolling exercise by altering the position of the foot placed to the flat toehold to improve the balance sense by letting the toehold which foot attaches exercise within the angle of 30° based on the central axis through the combination of the roller and the rolling plate. CONSTITUTION: A rolling stepper (100) comprises a toehold (110) that top portion has a constant area of regular planation surface, bottom portion which has a constant curvature of arc in a longitudinal direction and the lower part has constant numbers of rollers (R) symmetrically on the bottom surface; a rolling plate (120) that has concavely constant curvature of arc corresponding to the bottom surface of the toehold in a longitudinal direction; and the first and the second sidewall (140A) which prevents the separation of the side when the concave surface of the rolling plate attaches to the roller of the toehold to conduct the rolling motion.
