PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing method by which an applied liquid body can be cured enough by using a liquid droplet ejection apparatus which is attempting cost reduction by miniaturization of an ultraviolet ray irradiation device.SOLUTION: When performing drawing, while scanning to the outward direction (X(+) direction) by a head unit 13, the start of irradiation of ultraviolet rays to the liquid body to be discharged from the discharge heads 33C and 33D in a second area 32b by a fourth ultraviolet ray irradiation device 15d set up through a spacer member 18b on a side surface at rear side with respect to the advance direction of the head unit 13 delays to the start of the irradiation of ultraviolet rays to the liquid body discharged from the discharge heads 33A and 33B in a first area 32a by a second ultraviolet ray irradiation device 15b. As a result, the droplet amounts of the liquid body to be discharged from the discharge heads 33C and 33D are made smaller than the droplet amounts discharged from the discharge heads 33A and 33B. Therefore, a liquid body that is landed on the recording medium can be cured while taking balance of wetting spreading. |
