PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide examination information display device and system by which information of examinations previously undergone by the same subject and images likely to be used in diagnosis can be easily retrieved.SOLUTION: The examination information display device includes: an image display control section 30f which indicates medical images to be diagnosed in a first display region; a reference candidate selecting section 32b which calculates the priority of display of examination information obtained from examinations previously undergone by the subject by using several indexes for each piece of examination information and selects pieces of examination information whose priority is relatively high as candidates for reference; a share window display control section 32c which indicates the candidates for reference in a second display region; and a screen-coupled control section 33 which monitors switching of images indicated in the first display region and instructs the reference candidate selecting section 32b to select candidates for reference corresponding to the switching of the images.
