PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement jig which accurately measures characteristics of a solar battery which does not have a main electrode.SOLUTION: A measurement jig 10 includes: a support member 1; a buffer member 2; and measurement terminals 3 and 4. The measurement terminal 3 is formed by metal foil 31 to 33, and the measurement terminal 4 is formed by metal foil 41 to 43. The buffer member 2 is disposed on one major surface of the support member 1. The metal foil 31 to 33 of the measurement terminal 3 and the metal foil 41 to 43 of the measurement terminal 4 are disposed on one major surface of the buffer member 2. When characteristics of a solar battery 20 are measured using the measurement jig 10, the measurement terminals 3 and 4 are disposed on a light receiving surface of the solar battery 20 so as to contact with multiple sub electrodes 22 of the solar battery 20. |
