PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method capable of eliminating, when properly positioning a plate member such as a holding plate for holding many probes and a plate member such as a connection board on which connection pads for the probes are provided, necessity of planar fine adjustment between both plate members.SOLUTION: Guide holes are formed on one of plate-like members to be mutually positioned and guide parts to be accepted to the guide holes are formed on the other plate-like member. After properly positioning both the plate-like members, the guide parts are formed on a land part provided on the other plate-like member so as to be matched while the positioning is being held. Thereby the guide parts suited for the respective guide holes can be formed independent of existence/non-existence of working errors of the guide holes and the sizes of the working errors. Consequently, both the plate-like members can be properly positioned by matching the guide parts and the guide holes without performing relative fine adjustment of both the plate-like members. |
