The purpose of the present invention is to minimize power costs and level power demand while ensuring a necessary remaining battery capacity. This energy management system is equipped with: a charging station serving as a power supply means for supplying electric power to an electric vehicle (EV); a reservation information acquisition unit (106) for obtaining reservation information regarding electric power to be received by the EV at the charging station prior to the arrival of the EV at the charging station; a charging plan generation unit (107) for generating a charging plan for the EV by predicting a power demand at the charging station on the basis of the reservation information; and a charging control unit (108) for controlling the supply of electric power to the EV at the charging station on the basis of the charging plan.
