Embodiments of the present invention relate to a signal processing unit, and an interference cancellation method, device, and system. The interference cancellation system of the present invention comprises a centralized cancellation unit and at least two signal processing units. At least some of the at least two signal processing units are used for detecting at least some of all user signals input to the interference cancellation system, and reconstructing the detected user signals. The centralized cancellation unit is used for performing cancellation between the reconstructed signals and the user signals input into the interference cancellation system. The at least two signal processing units are used for detecting, according to residual signals after the cancellation, the user signals input to the interference cancellation system, and outputting detected signals. The interference cancellation method, device, and system according to the embodiments of the present invention facilitate gain increase after interference cancellation of user signals.
