Provided are a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition and a molded product comprising same, the flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprising: (A) a base resin comprising a poly arylene ether resin and a polyolefin resin; and (B) a copolymer comprising (b-1) a styrene repeating unit and an olefin repeating unit and/or (b-2) a polar copolymer comprising the styrene repeating unit and/or the olefin repeating unit and on which a polar functional group is grafted, wherein the content of the polyolefin resin (weight, WoL) and the content of the poly arylene ether resin (weight, WAR) satisfy a relational formula of WAR <=1.9×WOL, and wherein the ratio of the content of the arylene portion (weight %) in the poly arylene ether resin and the content of the styrene portion (weight %) in the copolymer is 100:20 to 100:55.
