The rehabilitation device has a band (11) with an outer layer (111) and an inner layer (112) between which a space facing the outer layer and another space facing the inner layer are formed. The inner layer has multiple vent holes (113) that are connected with the outside air and the latter space. The band forms an air channels (18) reticulated by welding.
