PURPOSE: A pepper crush is provided to grind peppers dropped in an unground state again and to prevent the deterioration of pepper particles. CONSTITUTION: A pepper grinder comprises helical gears (10,10') engaged to each other to oppositely rotate by the power of a motor; an input hopper (30) installed in the upper part of the rear side of the helical gears; a frame (20) for supporting the helical gears, and a case (40) installed in the circumference of the helical gears. A gap between the inner surface of the case and the outer surface of the helical gears is within 1mm. Frictional heat generated when the helical gears grind peppers is cooled because the upper part (11) of the helical gears are opened by cutting the upper part of the case. Flanges (43) are formed in the half boundary parts (42) of the divided case to fix the divided case with bolts. Inclined plates (50) are formed in both sides of the case.
