PURPOSE: A life information analysis pipeline processing system and a method thereof are provided to analyze life information data without the constraint of time and space through a web service by processing a pipeline for analyzing various and different information data. CONSTITUTION: A pipeline executing server(5020) receives a life information analysis pipeline model from a client(5010) and sequentially schedules analysis tasks included in the model to command execution and to execute data conversion. A cluster computing device(5030) executes the analysis tasks according to the scheduled analysis task execution command. A storage device(5040) stores a result of the analysis tasks and the pipeline model. The pipeline executing server links each analysis task with the cluster computing device to command the execution. |
