PURPOSE: An ink cartridge case and a printer using the same are provided to enable to refill ink and to supply a constant amount of the ink to a cartridge by pressing an ink pack. CONSTITUTION: An ink cartridge case includes a body (2), a cover (4), and a pressing plate (5). The body stores an ink pack (3) inside. The cover is joined to the body and protects the ink pack. The pressing plate equally presses the ink pack so that the ink is smoothly discharged even though the amount of ink inside the ink pack is reduced. The pressing plate includes a flat plate and an elastic body. The flat plate is in contact with the ink pack. The elastic body presses the flat plate to the ink pack.
