PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp lift, in which a clamp arm is not operated to open while a workpiece is clamped and lifted.SOLUTION: The clamp lift includes a force sensor 22 in a clamp surface of the clamp arm 21. A control device determines that the clamp arm 21 has clamped the workpiece if the force sensor 22 detects force in an opening/closing direction of the clamp arm 21. Then the control device determines that the clamp arm 21 is lifting the workpiece, or the workpiece is in a non-landing state, if the force sensor 22 detects force in a direction along the clamp surface of the clamp arm 21. While the clamp arm 21 is clamping and lifting the workpiece, the control device prohibits opening operation of the clamp arm 21 even if a clamp lever 5 is operated to open the clamp arm 21. |
