PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reliable imaging apparatus which in spite of transferring signals using a source follower circuit, improves the speed of the transfer, thereby sufficiently coping with fast driving.SOLUTION: Between adjacent pixel regions 10a and 10b, the gate of a source follower thin-film transistor 14 in a pixel region 10a and the gate of a source follower thin-film transistor 14 in a pixel region 10b are interconnected via a source follower connection line 15. In the case of reading out signals, while a thin-film transistor 12 for transfer in the pixel region 10a is turned on and a thin-film transistor 12 for transfer in the pixel region 10b is turned off, signals of the pixel region 10a are outputted. |
