PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit which can make a damping force of a damper variable, prevents a damping force adjusting part from interfering with the outside, and needs no troublesome work when a damper is installed, and to provide the damper.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit C disposed between a damper body D and a tank T includes: a discharge passage 1 through which the damper body D communicates with the tank T; a damping valve 2 disposed in the middle of the discharge passage 1; an auxiliary discharge passage 3 disposed in parallel with the discharge passage 1; an auxiliary damping valve 4 disposed in the middle of the auxiliary discharge passage 3; a valve body 5b for opening/closing the auxiliary discharge passage 3; a logic valve 5 disposed at a rear side of the valve body 5b and having a back pressure chamber 5c communicated with the tank T; and a cut-off mechanism 6 for cutting off communication between the back pressure chamber 5c and the tank T by utilizing a pressure in the damper body D when the pressure in the damper body D reaches a predetermined pressure or more. |
