PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which, while being kept to be see through, can extract light with high efficiency and further makes a streak due to a salient or concavity to be hardly recognizable.SOLUTION: The light-emitting element comprises a double side emission type organic EL element consisting of a first transparent electrode layer, a luminescent layer, and a second transparent electrode layer stacked in that order and a light outgoing plane structure layer provided on the surface on at least one side of the organic EL element. The light outgoing plane structure layer includes on a surface opposite to the organic EL element a flat face part parallel to the surface on one side of the organic EL element and an uneven structure having a slant face part inclined against the flat face part, where a projected area formed by projecting the slant face part in a direction perpendicular to the flat face part to a plane surface parallel to the flat face part is 0.1 time or less the whole area of the flat face part, and the slant face part includes a curved face part in a boundary with the flat face part. |
