PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system, a display method and a display program capable of improving visibility of display in a front display unit.SOLUTION: A display system 1 includes a front display 11 and a rear display 12 disposed as superimposed and spaced from each other; and the system includes a front control unit 13a that controls display of the front display 11 and a rear control unit 13b that controls display of the rear display 12 visible through the front display 11. The rear control unit 13b includes a brightness control unit 13c that controls brightness of at least a partial area of the rear display 12 on the basis of the display mode of the rear display 12 and of the display mode of the front display 11.
