A computer system that achieves efficient congestion control matching the communications status in a communications path, by, when outputting data: refreshing the number of sending nodes stored by a number-of-sending-nodes storage unit (16); comparing the number of sending nodes included in data input by an input unit (11) and the number of sending nodes stored by the number-of-sending-nodes storage unit (16); and, if the number of sending nodes stored by the number-of-sending-nodes storage unit (16) is greater than the number of sending nodes included in the data input by the input unit (11), overwriting the number of sending nodes included in data output by an output unit (12), with the number of sending nodes stored by the number-of-sending-nodes storage unit (16). |
