PURPOSE: A forming apparatus and forming method of a paste film are provided to improve productivity by detecting the amount of paste which is scraped by a scraper. CONSTITUTION: A table (1) receives paste. A squeegee (2) is arranged at the upside of the table which can be ascended and descended. A scraper (3) is arranged at the upside of the table which can be ascended and descended. A paste film is formed on the table. A sensor detects the amount of paste which is scraped by the scraper.
