METHOD FOR BREEDING POPLAR HAPLOID

Disclosed is a method for breeding poplar haploid belonging to the breeding field of poplar haploid. Said method comprises the steps of 1) inoculating the disinfected poplar anthers in the callus induction medium so as to obtain the poplar calli;2)obtaining the poplar adventitious buds by inoculating the adventitious bud differentiation medium with the calli; 3) the adventitious buds being inoculated in rooting medium to obtain the test-tube seedlings;4) after the ploidy identification, obtaining the poplar haploid plants. The cultivation method can be used for large-scale and industrialized production.
