The conductor is electrically insulated opposite to the substrate, and a heat shield component (20) extends over a part of an extending surface of the conductor on a side that is formed opposite to the substrate. The component has a heat shielding layer that is attached to the conductor, and the conductor is formed by a resistor heating layer (14) that is attached to the surface of the substrate. The component is made from heat-reflecting material.
