<p>The present invention relates to a health mat which is capable of blocking water vein waves and magnetic current waves. The health mat according to the present invention comprises: a first health mat layer including a first plate member containing one or both of an organic high molecular compound having a methyl group (CH3) and cellulose, a second plate member containing at least one of copper, a copper alloy, and copper plating, a third plate member containing one or both of alumina and an alumina mixture, a fourth plate member containing one or both of chromium alloy steel and chromium plated steel, and a fifth plate member containing one or both of an inorganic high molecular compound having glass and a silicone main chain, wherein the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth plate members are laminated in said order; and a second health mat layer smaller in area than the first health mat layer and is in close contact with one side surface of the first health mat layer, wherein the fifth, fourth, third, second, and first plate members are laminated in said order. A right torsion field is generated at the upper portion of the first health mat layer, and the right torsion field is absorbed into the upper portion of the second health mat layer so that water vein waves and magnetic current waves, which are left torsion fields, can be blocked at the first health mat layer and the second health mat layer.</p> |
