Disclosed are a content filtering method, device and system. The present invention relates to the technical field of network communications security and is used for improving the accuracy and efficiency of content filtering. The method comprises: acquiring a network content segment to be filtered; extracting event elements from the network content segment to be filtered according to an event element extraction rule, and generating, according to an event template, a semantic feature vector corresponding to the network content segment to be filtered from the extracted event elements; determining whether the semantic feature vector is positive or negative according to an event classification model; and if it is determined that the semantic feature vector is negative, filtering network content corresponding to the network content segment to be filtered. The present invention is mainly applied to a network content filtering process.
