PURPOSE: A zero energy ventilation system operated without power is provided to efficiently operate an air conditioning system regardless of the area or weather by preventing the outflow of indoor air and heat. CONSTITUTION: A zero energy ventilation system operated without power is comprised as follows. A generator (10) is directly connected to the top or bottom of the rotary shaft of the ventilation system. A super capacitor (17) is charged with electric energy generated by surplus wind power. An electric fan (22) is powered by the charged electric energy and exhausts contaminated indoor air to the outside. An aperture shutter (26) is installed on the bottom of the ventilation system and is controlled to prevent indoor air from being excessively exhausted to the outside.
