PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress self-oscillation of a laser device.SOLUTION: The laser device includes at least one oscillator configured to output first laser light, any one of a filter device consisting of at least one first wavelength filter on which the first laser light impinges and having light transmission characteristics for both the wavelength of light incident to the first wavelength filter and the polarization direction, or a filter device including a wavelength dispersion element. The laser device may include at least one first amplifier configured to amplify the second laser light from the first wavelength filter and outputting the third laser light. |
