PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of determining to control an operational state of which device among energy consumption devices used in a building by reflecting a user's intention when receiving a consumption request from the outside for energy consumption in a building.SOLUTION: In an energy management system S having a home server 10 for managing electric power consumption in a residence with a plurality of electric power consumption devices, and a CEMS server 40 for transmitting a consumption request for electric power consumption in the residence to the home server 10, when a reception part 101 of the home server 10 receives a reduction request from the CEMS server 40, a device control part 102 reads information indicating a designated device designated as a control object device by a user among the plurality of electric power consumption devices from a storage part 104 to specify the designated device, and controls an operational state of the specified designated device. |
