PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle traveling support device capable of suppressing a sense of incongruity of a driver and a fellow passenger by reducing a change amount of a vehicle speed when controlling or not controlling a turning inner wheel during low vehicle speed traveling control.SOLUTION: An ECU 38 of a vehicle traveling support device includes: a turning inner wheel control ECU 50 controlling a turning inner wheel for turning a vehicle by causing braking force to be generated in the turning inner wheel of a wheel to be larger than the braking force to be generated in a turning outer wheel; and a low vehicle speed traveling control ECU 48 performing low vehicle speed traveling control causing the vehicle 10 to travel in a range of a predetermined target low region vehicle speed by controlling a magnitude of an engine 14 and a magnitude of the braking force to be generated in each wheel. When a start condition or an end condition of the turning inner wheel control is established in the turning inner wheel control ECU 50 during the low vehicle speed traveling control, the low vehicle speed traveling control ECU 48 determines the magnitude of the driving force of the engine 14 so that the deviation between the actual vehicle speed and the range of the target low region vehicle speed generated accompanying the start or the end of the turning inner wheel control is corrected.
