PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine failure determination device capable of reliably determining a sensor failure while securing detection accuracy of the sensor.SOLUTION: The engine failure determination device includes: a hydraulic pressure sensor 22 for detecting hydraulic pressure of lubricating oil; a failure determination means 31 for determining whether the hydraulic pressure sensor 22 has failed or not; an engine temperature sensor 24 for detecting an engine temperature; an engine temperature determination means 38 for determining that the engine is in a cold state from an output signal of the engine temperature sensor 24; and a control means 31 for driving a warning means to give a warning. When the engine is not in the cold state after determining whether the output signal of the engine temperature sensor 24 is a cold signal or not, the engine failure determination device sets first delay time, or sets second delay time when the engine is in the cold state. |
