PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing and drying machine that can surely drain washing water used for washing a heat pump device and containing lint, prevent a drying failure and maintain drying performances.SOLUTION: The drum type washing and drying machine comprises: a washing liquid discharge path 19 for discharging washing liquid in an outer tub 3 to the outside of the machine; a drain trap 21 disposed in the washing liquid discharge path 19; dehumidifying means 5 for dehumidifying air to be supplied into a rotary drum 2; heating means 6 for heating the air dehumidified by the dehumidifying means; blowing means 4 for blowing air to a circulation air path; washing-with-water means 22 and 26 for washing away lint attached to the dehumidifying means 5 or the heating means 6; and a washing water discharge path 25 for draining washing water used in the washing-with-water means 22 and 26. The machine has a configuration in which the air circulated by the blowing means 4 passes through the outer tub 3, the dehumidifying means 5, the heating means 6, and the blowing means 4 in this order, and is returned to the outer tub 3. The washing water discharge path 25 is connected to the drain trap 21. |
