PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter that prevents static electricity from being accumulated without using any transparent conductive film, and reduces deposition of a foreign matter on a surface of an imaging lens side of the optical filer.SOLUTION: An optical filter is constituted so as to include at least a birefringent quartz plate 300 which is a first optical member for removing a foreign matter deposited on a surface by giving vibration from the outside and a joined body which is a second optical member formed from an infrared absorption filter 301 and a depolarization plate 302. A conductive anti-reflection multilayer film 400 having conductivity and comprising a foreign matter deposition preventing film comprising material containing fluorine as the outermost layer is formed on a surface of an imaging lens 105 side of the first optical member. A dichroic multilayer film 401 having an infrared light and ultraviolet light cut effect is formed on a surface of an imaging element 106 side of the first optical member or on the surface of the imaging lens 105 side of the second optical member. |
