PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to efficiently perform video recording proxy.SOLUTION: A video recorder 5 (5a, 5b, 5c, etc) has a video recording processing part 52 for registering its video recording reservation information which is registered with a video recording reservation table 53 of the recorder, in a video recording reservation information management table 23 through a communication part 11, when a video recording time zone of the video recording reservation information and outage time stored in an outage time storage part 54 are overlapped. The video recording processing part 52 also performs video recording proxy by referring to the video recording reservation information management table 23, and registering video recording reservation information of other video recorder 5 in a video recording time zone which does not overlap with the outage time of the recorder in the video recording reservation table 53 of the recorder. The video recorder 5 having performed the video recording proxy makes a proxy video recording data storage part 33 store video recording data. The video recorder 5 having registered the video recording reservation information of the recorder in the video recording reservation information management table 23 downloads the video recording data on which the other recorder 5 has performed proxy, from the proxy video recording data storage part 33. |
