PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire details of settings for a control target device.SOLUTION: A transmission/reception unit 21 receives setting instruction information (URL) and an identifier (IP address) of an operation terminal from a client terminal, and transmits the setting instruction information (URL) and the identifier (IP address) to a control target device 30 by using a common account. An operation history processing unit 23 manages operation history information transmitted from the control target device 30, and also transmits display information generated based on the operation history information to the client terminal. A transmission/reception unit 31 receives the setting instruction information (URL) and the identifier (IP address) from the transmission/reception unit 21, and transmits the operation history information to the transmission/reception unit 21. A setting unit 32 updates its own settings on the basis of the setting instruction information (URL). A response message creation unit 33 creates the operation history information according to the setting processing by the setting unit 32, and also inserts the identifier (IP address) to the operation history information.
