PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect stored coins from a detachable coin storage device while leaving any number of necessary coins in the detachable coin storage device and replenish the detachable coin storage device with coins at the same time immediately and surely, without the need for changing the way of holding the detachable coin storage device in attaching and detaching the detachable coin storage device from a main body of a coin processing device.SOLUTION: The coin storage device comprises a lid body covering the portion above the top of the coins left as change on the rear surface of a coin storage tube freely openably and closably and coin-supporting means that supports the topmost coin of the coins that are loaded and stored in the above-mentioned coin storage tube and to be left as change. The coin-supporting means comprises: a projectable and retractable member that can project and retract freely in the coin storage tube in a horizontal and anterior-posterior direction and that partially covers the upper surface of the topmost coin of the coins left as change when the projectable and retractable member projects; and an operation lever that can be operated in a direction perpendicular to the projectable and retractable member moving direction from the front surface of the coin storage device and that is for operating the projection and retraction of the projectable and retractable member. The coin-supporting means is disposed between the front side of the coin storage tube and a front cover that covers the front surface of the coin storage device. |
