PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device of a film which can wind ranging over a long period without generating scratches and wrinkles on the film, a device for manufacturing a film equipped with the winding device, and a method for manufacturing the film.SOLUTION: A winding device of a film 60 includes: a wind-up roll 62 for winding the film; and a pressure roll 63 which is disposed opposing to the wind-up roll 62, and is urged towards the wind-up roll 62, thereby pressing the film, the pressure roll 63 includes: an axis member 631: and an elastic member 632 including at least two layers, the elastic member 632 includes: an outermost layer 634 which is provided on the outermost side of the pressure roll 63, and has a hardness of 60-90°; and an inner layer 633 which is provided adjacent to the inside of the outermost layer 634, and has a hardness of 35-50°, and the entire hardness of the pressure roll 63 is 60-80°. |
