PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially receive notification for a maintenance person of a building facility device such as an elevator to be dispatched, to efficiently dispatch the maintenance person, and to perform quick recovery work.SOLUTION: The elevator remote monitoring device includes: a maintenance person presence information switch 10A which outputs a signal when the residence maintenance person 11 is present in a maintenance person room 10 of a building; a trapping rescue work availability switch 10B by the maintenance person which is turned on to output a signal when the maintenance person has skill for performing trapping rescue work; and a notification delay means in which, when a notification event occurs in the elevator when an earthquake occurs, a signal of the maintenance person presence information switch 10A is outputted regardless of existence or absence in an elevator car, and when the trapping rescue work availability switch 10B outputs a signal, the start of the notification is delayed. |
