PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect fixation of a rotary shaft of an angle sensor early from an initial stage.SOLUTION: A fixation determination part 12 for determining fixation of a rotary shaft of an angle sensor 4 connected to a feedback lever 23 is arranged in a positioner 100. A pin pressing spring 26 for bringing a connection pin 22 arranged on a valve shaft 20 of a regulation valve 200 into press contact with one sidewall (lower sidewall) 23a1 of a long hole 23a is arranged in the feedback lever 23. The fixation determination part 12 investigates the relationship between the rotation amount of the rotary shaft of the angle sensor 4 and output air pressure Pout (detection value) of the positioner 100, and determines that fixation begins to occur in the rotary shaft of the angle sensor 4 when the rotation amount of the rotary shaft of the angle sensor 4 does not change even when the output air pressure Pout (detection value) of the positioner 100 changes at a predetermined value or more. |
