PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner holder configured so that a user changes its direction readily and freely.SOLUTION: The twisting/turning cleaner holder 1 includes a lower side joint portion 40 for turning a handle portion 10, and an upper side joint portion 30 connected to a projection 44 of the lower joint portion and turning the handle portion 10. Pressing members 35 are held between two shaft-receiving pieces 32 holding the projection 44 therebetween and the projection 44, facing spaces are formed for relaxing contact pressure between the shaft-receiving pieces 32 and the pressing members 35, and the torsional moment of the torsion of a handle 13 readily turns a wiping body-holding portion 50 horizontally relative to a floor surface. The facing space is formed as a facing space 36 having a facing interval increased radially outward. A torsional elastic body 34 is externally fitted around a sub shaft body 33 inserted into holes of the shaft-receiving pieces 32, pressing members 35, and the projection 44, the torsional elastic body 34 is deformed upon torsion, and elasticity is imparted to the torsion. The wiping body-holding portion 50 has a bottom surface 56 formed into a longitudinal convex shape, and thus horizontal rotation is further facilitated. |
