PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head and liquid ejection device, capable of easily adjusting jetting characteristics of liquid ejected from nozzles to be uniform among the nozzles.SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head includes: a nozzle row in which a plurality of nozzles 24 are arrayed; pressure chambers 23 in communication with the nozzles, respectively; a plurality of piezoelectric elements 34 arrayed along the nozzle array direction and connected to actuation surfaces changing the volumes of the pressure chambers; a fixing member 35 to which the plurality of piezoelectric elements are fixed; and a case member 16 joined to the fixing member. The case member is provided with a seating part 33 on which the fixing member is seated, wherein the fixing member is joined via a bonding layer. The bonding strength of the bonding layer at the central part 39 is stronger than that at both ends 38 in the nozzle array direction. |
