Provided are a mobile payment method, device and system for a server end and a client. The mobile payment method for a server end includes: receiving a payment request message sent by a client (101); and selecting a piece of payment channel information from a preset payment channel information set and issuing same to the client (102). The payment channel information set consists of a plurality of pieces of channel information, the regions covered by different payment channel information do not overlap completely, and the multiple pieces of payment channel information cover all the regions. The server end can select different payment channel information provided by a plurality of payment providers to form a payment channel information set so that the provided payment server can cover all the regions, which breaks through the limit in the prior art that a certain piece of payment channel information only covers some regions.
