The device has a flexible hose (1) arranged at a ground level, where an outer diameter of the hose is 10-20 percent larger than a width of an annular gap. The hose is attachable in the gap in a circumferential direction of a weighable lysimeter container and is in sealing contact with an outer peripheral part of the lysimeter container and the inner peripheral part of a cylindrical verge. The hose is formed in a torus shape, and a through hole (4) is formed on a side of a wall of the hose, where the side faces a torus axle (10). An outflow hole (5) is formed below the through hole. An independent claim is also included for a lysimeter device.
